I’ve Logged Into Too Many Devices – What Should I Do?

When you login to the mobile application on a device, this device is associated with your account. Logging on with another device replaces the previous device on your account, making the latest device active and the previous device inactive. You’ll then only be able to send reports from this new device; the previous device will display a warning when trying to send a report and will save the report ready to send later. If you want to send that second report, you’ll need to log-out from both devices and then log back in with the earlier device.

Because of this we recommend that you have one user per device. If you have three devices that will be used with Reportal for example then you should have three registered users, one per device.
