Can You Help Me To Set Up My Forms?

Our form and report builders allow you to create all types of forms, both simple and complex. If you’re having trouble setting up any of your forms then we’re happy to help. Please check our support page first of all to see if anything there helps. If not then please contact us to ask.

If you’d prefer us to set the forms and/or reports up for you then we can do that too. Please provide us with as much information as you can about the form you’d like setting up; if you’re recreating an existing form then a scan or PDF would be ideal! We’ll get back to you with a quote which will detail the amount of time it will take and the cost. If you’re happy with the quote, we’ll log into your admin portal and create the form and/or report for you.
