When creating a form, each form field must first be placed within a container in order to better structure the data. Certain form fields such as dropdowns and checkboxes can be used to control the visibility settings of other containers. For instance, if you have a container with a field named “Manager on site” You can then create another container to capture the managers details. However, this data will be irrelevant if the manager isn’t present. Therefore, in the newly added container, you can set it to only appear if the “Manager on site” checkbox is checked.

Alternatively, If you have a dropdown with a number of different items, you can create additional containers for each option and only display them if the corresponding option has been selected within the dropdown.
